Description: Large decay LR6, a young patient was asymptomatic with a normal response to Ethyl Chloride. Haemostasia was achieved after exposure of the pulp and partial removal of this. MTA was placed plus glass ionomer. One month later, the tooth was asymptomatic and full restoration with composite was completed.
