A middle aged patient complaining of sinus tract on the UR3, this tooth is the abutment of a cantilever bridge and root canal retreatment was previously attempted. Retrograde approach was chosen, 5mm of root was resected and approximately 3mm of gutta-percha was removed, the apical third was obturated with bioceramic putty.
